Website & booking terms
These website terms explain how provisional booking requests and the online self-service tools work. Property-specific commercial terms can also be supplied as part of a confirmed booking.
Provisional bookings
Submitting a booking through the website creates a provisional hold only. The dates may be temporarily removed from availability while Norfolk & Coast checks the booking. A provisional hold is not a final confirmation and does not guarantee that a stay will be accepted.
Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only when Norfolk & Coast changes its status to confirmed and sends confirmation to the guest. Any payment schedule, cancellation terms, security deposit or property-specific conditions should be reviewed before payment is requested.
Change requests
The secure manage-booking area lets guests request changes to dates, party details, contact information or cancellation. A request does not alter the booking until Norfolk & Coast approves it. Date changes remain subject to availability and the property’s stay rules.
Property information
We aim to keep descriptions, amenities, photographs, availability and pricing accurate. Owners with portal access can update selected listing information, while publishing, capacity, booking controls and other sensitive settings remain managed by Norfolk & Coast.
Website access
Admin, owner and booking-management links are intended only for the person authorised to use them. Please keep passwords and secure booking links private and contact us if you believe access has been compromised.
Contact
Questions about a booking or these website terms can be sent through the contact page.
Before taking paid bookings, the final commercial terms should be reviewed for the operating legal entity, cancellation policy, payment/deposit rules, liability wording and any property-specific conditions.
